The Bottom line

At the beginning of 2019, we started work on the definition, design and development of the ISFAR OUTLET website – an e-commerce site that offers surplus and showroom products for direct sale from the importer to consumers. The website had several major problems which impacted the user experience and consequently also sales. After analyzing the site and mapping its drawbacks, we changed it from A to Z. Today, it’s much more accessible, user-friendly, intuitive and easy-to-use, all of which have resulted in a significant growth in sales.
We have also developed the ISFAR business area - the part of the website intended for suppliers and shop owners to place orders. After defining the needs and developing the language, we created a user experience for retailers and shop owners that has made restocking and ordering a much more convenient and user-friendly process.
